Customers from countries listed above are welcome to purchase jewelry from B. Burkett's online jewelry store.   Use the PayPal shopping cart to order.  At the present time your order will be shipped by Priority Mail through the United States Post Office, it will be insured.  For your protection, international order will be shipped to the credit card billing address only.  NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE. 
Payment
     We use the secure and fast PayPal shopping cart system and welcome you to use PayPal to purchase your jewelry.  But you are not required to have a PayPal account to use your Visa, Master Card, American Express or Discover card.   Follow the Credit Card instructions when you check out with the Shopping Cart, you may use your credit card or log in to your PayPal account. 
      Checks on U.S.A. banks will be accepted, but your order will not be filled until your check has been cleared by the bank.  Send your order to me by regular mail.  Remember that an item could be purchased while your letter is in transit. 

 
Shipping
     Shipping of most items will be Priority Mail through the United States Postal Service, with delivery confirmation and insurance.    Shipping costs are $5 to the continental USA.

Special Orders

     To order rings or Mini Pendants with one birthstone  place your order through the Shopping Cart.  Then on the "Contact Us" form send me information about the sizes of jewelry and colors of gemstones.  Other custom jewelry, like Mini Pendants with multiple birthstones and Family Story Bracelets may be ordered by emailing or phoning me.  Your custom made jewelry will usually be mailed within one week of the order.   Payment of Custom Made Jewelry must be complete before it will be made.

Measuring for Custom Made Jewelry

     Measure carefully! because there cannot be refunds for jewelry if the size is not correct.  Rings are sized on a ring mandrel.  For bracelets measure the size of your wrist.  I will add 1/2" to the measurement of your wrist unless it has large beads or you wear bracelets loose.  Cuff bracelets with no clasp should allow about an inch space to get it off and on. 

Gifts

     We will be glad to ship your gifts directly to the recipient.  Gifts of $15 or more will be placed in a gift box and secured with a metallic cord or ribbon with a simple bow.  You may include a message.  The box will then be wrapped securely for shipping.     

     If the gift is the only item ordered simply place the order and then send us the recipients address and your message on the "Contact Us" form. 

     Each gift that you wish to be sent to a different address than the rest of the order, should be placed separately so shipping can be added.  Then "Contact Us"  by email with instructions for mailing it and include the message.  

Return and Refund Policy

       You are welcome to exchange any jewelry (except earrings) within 21 days after the date of shipping. 

     The workmanship of  B. Burkett jewelry is guaranteed.  If your jewelry should break from normal wear within 6 months of purchase, "Contact Us" by email to make arrangements to return it for repairs. 

          Shipping costs are not refundable and return shipping and insurance is the responsibility of the buyer.  If you choose not to insure your returned items, B. Burkett Studio will not be responsible for loss or damage.
